PL 5 — this is an active response agent. There are also armored agents (in MAX armor but as of the start there are fewer than 6 suits in the city. (Assume half are working and the others are under maintenance.) The city hasn’t had a supers problem, so it has no suits of the more powerful Supermax armor.
